Role: Self-Employed Residential Property Surveyor

We are pleased to be working with a national property surveying and valuing consultancy that is looking to increase their capacity across the UK.
We are looking for experienced surveyors who would like to enhance their own earnings.
We are looking for RICS property surveyors to work on a self-employed basis, enjoying a 60/40 profit share on all surveys completed. 60% going directly to the surveyor.
You will be free to choose your own working days and times but there is a minimum commitment of two days per week.
You will need to be AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified.
You must be able to carry out RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Surveys, as a minimum requirement.
Ideally you will be able to do Private Valuations too (must be VRS to do valuations).
No valuations for lending will be required.
You must have your own PI.
You must be able to travel to appointments independently.
Custom-built market leading app (site note collection/report writing) will be provided FOC, you just need to provide your own iPad.
User-friendly diary system is provided, which allows you to advise the consultancy of your availability.
Appointments are then uploaded that match your availability and locality.
Earnings are transferred automatically on a fortnightly basis.
There is a 2- to 3-report probation period.
