Job Title: Creative Executive

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £20,000 – £24,000

We are looking for a highly talented creative executive who can take conceptual ideas and bring them to life across our growing clients collection of successful brands.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled with every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable.

Job Duties:

• Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs

• Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload.

• Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities

• Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the marketing team for a wide range of materials that will include web page content, third party storefronts, social media page content and email marketing content.

• Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout

• Take part and show initiative in photo and video shoots for brand campaigns.

• Develop brand guidelines for new and exciting brands in the pipeline.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

• Proven experience with graphic design and videography, with a strong portfolio of work

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Organisational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
